Inactive or Lapsed License? Time to Renew!

As posted on their website, the Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors stated that Embalmers and/or Funeral Directors have until June 30, 2023 to renew an inactive, lapsed license. On or after July 1, 2023, a renewal transitions to a reinstatement. Licensees shall take and pass the Ohio Laws & Rules Examination as a condition for reinstatement. The exam must be completed before reinstatement.
