Obituary for Phyllis E. Curran

Mother-In-Law of Robert Mazzarella, Owner of American Coach Sales and American Limousine Service

PHYLLIS E. CURRAN (nee Eisele), age 90; loving mother of Deborah Curran, Dr. Sean Curran (Colleen), Teri Curran and Holly Mazzarella (Bob); dearest grandmother of J.P.Deacon (Dr. Chloe Williams), Jeff Deacon, Shelby Deacon, Callahan, Kevin and Casey Curran; great-grandmother of Zigmund, Brantley and Keegan Deacon; daughter of the late Edna (nee Huesman) and the late legendary coach Herb Eisele of Cathedral Latin and John Carroll University; sister of the late William Eisele (Bonnie) and Larry Eisele; former wife of the late Dr. James F. Curran.  Phyllis and the late Jack Mulhall founded the Ed Keating Center to give a chance for sober living to anyone determined to overcome their addiction. She was a friend of Dr. Bob and Bill W. since December 19, 1973. She was loved and will be greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ed Keating Center www.edkeatingcenter.org. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clement Church, 2022 Lincoln Ave., Lakewood, Monday, February 13, 2023 at 12 noon.  Please meet at church. Final resting place Riverside Cemetery.  The family will receive friends, to pay tribute and celebrate Phyllis’s life, at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), SUNDAY 1-5 P.M.
