Virginia "Ginny/Jean" Fortuna (nee Cvet), age 90. Beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Fortuna, founders of Fortuna Funeral Home in 1958. Dear mother of Rev. Joseph Fortuna, Mary Ann Trzaska (James), John Fortuna (Roberta) and Jane DeMattia (Phil). Loving grandmother of baby Lori Ann Trzaska (deceased), Sheryl Wootton (Matthew), Anthony J. Trzaska (Melissa), Joseph A. Fortuna (Jennifer), Katherine Leuck (Joshua), Kristen Fortuna (fiance Dan Lasco), David DeMattia (Bri) and Rebecca Johnson (Jason). Great-grandmother of Jane and James Wootton, Annie, Allan, Jack and Louis Trzaska, Vivian, Daniel and Joseph P. Fortuna, Noah and Logan Leuck and Joseph and Olivia Johnson. Daughter of the late John Cvet and Anna (nee Mertel). Sister of the late Anne Marie Zak (Anton). Dear aunt, great-aunt, great-great-aunt and friend of many.

Visitation Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 2-6 p.m. at the Fortuna Funeral Home, 7076 Brecksville, Independence, Ohio. (Masks and social distancing will be observed at the Funeral Home and Church).

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, December 6, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, (East 50th & Fleet). (Please meet at Church).

Interment Calvary Cemetery.
