Licensed Funeral Director or Apprentice

Krill Funeral Service is seeking a licensed funeral director or apprentice to join our growing family owned firm. We serve Williams County, Ohio, the surrounding counties and tri-state area, as we have for almost 150 years. We offer two certified therapy dogs, on-site cremation, aquamation based pet services and custom laser engraving for the families we serve.
Successful candidates must be an Ohio licensed funeral director and/or embalmer or apprentice; or be able to reciprocate in a reasonable time frame; have a valid driver’s license with good driving record and must be able to effectively communicate with staff and families. Crematory Operator Permit is a preferred, but not required. Indiana or Michigan license or courtesy card is a plus.
Salary is based on experience and qualifications. We offer rotating schedule, paid vacation and 401(k) participation with company match once eligible. Licenses and CE hours are paid by the company. We strongly encourage continuous learning.
