• RSVP by Saturday, September 30, 2023 to John Merk at john@behmfuneral.com with your NUMBER of dinners and any extra clam orders needed
• Email reservations only - no phone calls
• Reservations made and not CANCELLED by noon on October 2, 2023 will incur full price added at next dinner

• District Member Fee:
  • Dinner & Meeting: $75
  • Meeting Only: $25
  • Dinner Only: $50
  • Extra Dozen Clams: Add $15/Dozen
• District Non-Member Fee:
  • Dinner & Meeting: $100
  • Meeting Only: $50
  • Dinner Only: $50

• Registration & Cash (Wine) Bar: 3:30 - 4:00 PM
• Introductions/Business/Elections: 4:00 - 4:15 PM
• OFDA Program - Look on the Right Side: 4:15 - 6:15 PM
• Q&A: 6:15 - 6:30 PM
• Dinner (Clambake): 6:30 - 8:00 PM

CE Information:

• 2 CE Hours, includes:
  • 0.5 Hour, Ethics
  • 1.0 Hour, Laws & Rules
  • 0.5 Hour, Preneed

• Approved with the State of Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors
