Finding the right people is critical—but hiring in a funeral home comes with unique challenges. This session equips funeral home leaders with practical, ready-to-use tools to hire ethically, onboard effectively, and retain high-performing staff. Participants will leave with structured interview guides, scoring rubrics, and a 30–60–90 day onboarding plan designed to foster mentorship, compliance, and a thriving workplace culture.
