Important items to help Exhibitors prepare for convention:

Show Decorator: As an exhibitor, you will automatically receive an introduction email from our official show decorator, Fern Expo, with instructions on creating your password in the team based platform for exhibitor ordering and information, OneView. After you’ve logged on and created an account you will be able to order services from Fern as well as information and services provided by other vendors. Once you have created your password, you will be able to access the Fern exhibitor portal by going to www.fernoneview.com.

Please email Fern Exhibitor Services at exhibitorservices@fernexpo.com should you have any questions or if you need to have the introduction email and instructions for online ordering re-sent to you. Please also check your spam mail as their information is sometimes caught there.  If you have not received your invite by March 1, contact exhibitorservices@fernexpo.com  or call 800-774-1251 ext. 1   

Exhibitor Set-Up Hours: All exhibitors can set up EITHER on Monday or Tuesday. Please note that on Tuesday ALL exhibit spaces must be set up by either 10:00am or 2:00pm depending on location. See floor plan if you are uncertain your location.

Monday, April 22

  • Open set up time for all exhibitors is 2:00 to 5:00 PM

Tuesday, April 23

  • Set up for booths in the Regent Foyer is 8:00-10:00 AM (must be completed by 10:00 AM)
  • Set up for Booths in the Easton Grand Ballroom and Easton Foyer is 8:00am-2:00pm (must be completed by 2:00 PM)

Exhibit Hours:

  • Tuesday, April 23: 4:00 – 6:30 PM
  • Wednesday, April 24:
    • Lunch: Additional face time with attendees during the exhibitor sponsored lunch on the exhibit floor from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM
    • Exhibit Hours: 3:00 – 5:30 PM
  • Thursday, April 25: 10:15 – 11:45 AM (you may tear down immediately after exhibit hours)

OFDA encourages you to staff your booth even during the “off” hours for maximum exposure to those attendees who do not participate in the sessions (must always be properly badged). This will give you an opportunity for more one on one time.
