Hotel Accommodations for the OFDA Convention:

Hilton Columbus at Easton - Convention Headquarters Hotel

The Hilton Columbus at Easton is the OFDA convention headquarters. First class accommodations are available at the AAA 4-Diamond Hotel that offers many extras including Herb n’ Kitchen, swimming pool, expanded fitness center, technology for the business traveler, and the Easton Social (lobby bar). Room Block Update (as of March 27, 2026):

Due to high demand, the venue hotel is expected to sell out on peak night (Tuesday, April 28). A limited number of rooms remain, and a three-night minimum stay (beginning April 28) is currently in place. Attendees are encouraged to secure accommodations as soon as possible.

Reservations at the Hilton may still be available based on current inventory and length of stay requirements. Rates and availability are subject to change. To inquire about availability, please contact the hotel directly at (614) 414-5000.

Please note: The OFDA group rate ($202 + tax) is available through March 30, 2026, or until the room block is sold out—whichever occurs first.

Release unused rooms – If you have extra rooms you no longer need, please release them so other attendees can take advantage of the group rate.
Cancel your reservation – Contact Amy Baucher at the OFDA office before cancelling with the Hilton, so we can assist someone on the waiting list.
Join the waitlist – To be added to the waitlist for cancellations from the OFDA room block, contact Amy Baucher at the OFDA office.

Hilton Policies:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, or a one-night room and tax charge will apply.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
Late Check-Outs: Requests for late check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis and can be made directly with the Hilton Front Office, subject to availability.

Overflow Hotel – Aloft Columbus at Easton

OFDA has secured an overflow block at the Aloft Columbus Easton for attendees if the Hilton sells out. This modern boutique hotel is within walking distance of the Hilton and Easton Town Center.

Rate: $202 + tax per night
Booking Deadline: April 6, 2026
Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival, or the first night’s room and tax will be charged
