The Hilton Columbus at Easton is the OFDA convention headquarters. First class accommodations are available at the AAA 4-Diamond Hotel that offers many extras including Herb n’ Kitchen, swimming pool, expanded fitness center, technology for the business traveler, and the Easton Social (lobby bar). Reservation Information for OFDA Convention Attendees:
The OFDA room block at the Hilton Columbus at Easton is officially sold out.
Additional reservations at the Hilton may still be available based on the hotel’s current inventory and length of stay, with rates and availability subject to change. Attendees wishing to stay at the Hilton may contact the hotel directly at (614) 414-5000 to inquire about current availability.
Please note: The original OFDA group rate was available through March 30, 2026, or until the room block sold out—whichever occurred first.
- Release unused rooms – If you have extra rooms you no longer need, please release them so other attendees can take advantage of the group rate.
- Cancel your reservation – Contact Amy Baucher at the OFDA office before cancelling with the Hilton, so we can assist someone on the waiting list.
- Join the waitlist – To be added to the waitlist for cancellations from the OFDA room block, contact Amy Baucher at the OFDA office.
Hilton Additional Details:
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, or a one-night room and tax charge will apply.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
- Late Check-Outs: Requests for late check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis and can be made directly with the Hilton Front Office, subject to availability.
