Hill Funeral Home in Westerville, Ohio (suburb of Columbus) is looking for a Licensed Embalmer/Funeral Director or an Apprentice Embalmer/Funeral Director. We are a 3rd generation family owner/operated location. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with excellent people skills and a passion for serving a local community. The qualified candidate should be able to work independently, have a clean driving record, pass a background check, and be free of any medical condition that precludes heavy lifting. Responsibilities for Licensed Embalmer/Funeral Director include but are not limited to:
Compensation includes: competitive salary based on experience, paid time off for continuing education, paid vacation (after 90 days). Civic/fraternal memberships and community relationships are encouraged. All dues, license fees and many expenses are paid by the funeral home with approval (after 90 days.)
