Scott G. Sciuva, brother of longtime Busch Funeral Homes Funeral Director and Embalmer Joseph R. Sciuva, passed away suddenly while snorkeling on vacation in Aruba on Monday, July 20, 2020.

Scott Gabriel Sciuva, age 54, lifetime resident of the Chagrin Valley. Former husband of Jennifer Hall. Devoted father of Jessica, Scott and Nicole Sciuva; cherished son of James and Katherine Sciuva; dearest brother of James Sciuva, Kathy Mottola (Chris), Marie Ochoa (Pat) and Joe Sciuva (Aaron); dear uncle of Jimmy Sciuva (Jessica), Tony Sciuva (Destiny), Richelle Woody (Landon), Gabrielle, Nick, Mike and Chris Mottola, Mario and Marco Ochoa, great uncle of Avery and Jay Sciuva and Rilynn Woody; dear nephew of Gabriel Nedeczky (Julie), cousin and friend of many. Passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020. Friends received at THE ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 16381 CHILLICOTHE RD. (RT. 306), CHAGRIN FALLS, 44023 (2.5 Miles North of RT. 422) FROM 4:00-8:00 PM, THURSDAY, JULY 30, with facial covering required and social distancing. Funeral Mass at Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023 on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Facial covering required. Please gather directly at church. Final resting place at Evergreen Hill Cemetery, Chagrin Falls.
