Father of Jaymie E. Loucka, Funeral Director at Johnson-Romito Funeral Home

James W. "Jim" Baxa, age 83 of Seven Hills passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family Wednesday, February 19, 2020. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Gretchen E. Baxa. He is survived by his loving children, Jaymie (Rick) Loucka, Bonnie (Jeff) Searles and Christa (Scott) Ustafinski; his dear grandchildren, James, Christian and Daniel Loucka and dear step-grandson, Michael Searles. The family will receive friends 2-4 PM Sunday at JOHNSON-ROMITO FUNERAL HOME, 99 West Aurora Road (Rt. 82, One Mile West of Rt. 8), Northfield Center, Ohio (330) 468-1443. Prayers at the funeral home will begin at 10:15 AM Monday, February 24, 2020 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Macedonia, Ohio. Interment will be held privately at Resurrection Cemetery in Valley City, Ohio.
