In Memoriam

M. Evelyn Pucak, (December 17, 1910 - January 14, 2012)101 of Hubbard, went home to be with the Lord,  Evelyn enjoyed life and adapted to what ever came her way. A life resident of the area, she was an Registered Nurse, and with her husband, Emil, ran Pucak’s Sparkle Market in Coalburg, for forty years. Evelyn was a faithful member of Hubbard Grace Lutheran Church.

Preceded in death by her parents James and Lizzie James Pennell, her husband Emil, son Dr. George Pucak, brothers Bud and James Pennell, and sister Mae Marshall, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Don and Susy Pucak of Uniontown, daughter-in-law JoAnne Pucak of Beeville, Tex., grandchildren Stephanie Johnson, Rob Pucak, Sharon Kovach, 5 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-laws and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Noon, Tuesday, January17, 2012 at Grace Lutheran Church, where friends may call 11 AM until time of service. Pastor Lang Collins officiating. Burial at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
