Notification of Death - Kathy Kay Ryan

September 25, 2007

OFDA received word this morning that Kathy Kay (Rousculp) Ryan, wife of Mike Ryan, Clark Grave Vault Sales Representative, died September 25, 2007.

God found a new angel when he took the greatest wife, mother, grandma and friend that ever lived. A true angel on this earth who always put everybody else first. A graduate of Whetstone High School in 1965 went on and married the love of her life Michael A. Ryan of Dublin, Ohio class of 1964. She spent her life devoted to raising and taking care of her family. Kathy was also employed part-time by KwikPak and Target. Kathy had a love for family, life, traveling, reading, yoga, and cooking. She was a lady well known in her neighborhood Chevington Woods for her Christmas lights and Halloween decorations. Kathy was the heart and soul of our family and was taken from us too early. We will always love her and keep her close in our hearts.

Survived by husband of 41 years, Mike Ryan; daughters Lisa (Mark) Epperly, Krissy (Dennis) Corcoran; sons Jeff (Jennifer) Ryan, Kevin (Amber) Ryan; grandchildren, Cassandra, Madison, and Nicolas Epperly, Zachary Ryan, Ethan Ryan; sister-in-law Laura Ryan; brothers-in-law, Casey (Kristen) Ryan, John (Gerald) Ryan; father-in-law and mother-in-law Joe and Margaret Ryan. Preceded in death by parents Charles "Gene" and Alice Rousculp.

Friends may call Friday, September 28, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 PM at the EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Avenue, where a service will be held Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 12:00 Noon. Pastor Tim Iseringhauser will be officiating. Interment at Violet Cemetery.
