Notification of Death - Robert Eldon "Bob" Gay

OFDA received word this morning that Robert Eldon "Bob" Gay, 77, died Saturday, May 13, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Gay was employed with Witt-Good and Kelsch Funeral Home, Cincinnati, for 39 years as a Funeral Director and Embalmer and was a Korean War Army Veteran.

Bob was the beloved husband of 55 years of Violet Gay (nee Byrd), devoted father of John (Tina), and Mel (Kim) Gay, loving grandfather of Heather, Jenny, Amber, and Blake Gay, dear brother of Rosemary Shook, Rose Chapman, Phyllis Stall, and Carol Gay.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 16th, 2006, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Witt-Good and Kelsch Funeral Home in Oakley. Services will be held Wednesday, May 17th at 10:00 am at the United Church of Christ in Oakley. Interment will be in Willow View Cemetery Dayton, OH.
