Notification of Death - Robert Thomas Southwick

OFDA received word this morning about the death of Robert Thomas Southwick. Mr. Southwick was an Ohio licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for more than 50 years, and President Emeritus of Southwick-Good & Fortkamp Funeral Chapel, Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Southwick died June 17, 2005.

Mr. Southwick is survived by his wife, Betty; daughters, S. Rebecca (William) Good, Judith (David) Wolf and Roberta (David) Noethlich; 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; 2 step sons; 6 step grandchildren and 14 step great-grandchildren.
