Notification of Death - Lloyd F. Billman

OFDA received word this afternoon about the death of Lloyd F. Billman, 83, longtime resident of S. Ridge East, Saybrook Twp., & winter resident of Kissimmee, FL, died unexpectedly early Saturday morning after being admitted to the Osceola Regional Hospital in Kissimmee.

Mr. Billman was the father of OFDA member and funeral director Robert Billman.

Survivors include his wife, Letha (Cooper), whom he married on April 20, 1980, three children, L. Gary (Linda) Billman of N. Kingsville, Robert P. (Joan) Billman of Ashtabula & Joanne M. "Jody" Billman of Ashtabula, two grandsons, Christopher & Nicholas Billman, step-children, Ruth Hamrick of Geneva, Richard Riddell of Arizona & Lenny Riddell of Chicago, several step-grandchildren, a brother, James Billman in The Philippines & a sister, Diana Billman in Arizona.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Ross-Billman Funeral Home, 526 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtabula, with the Rev. John Germaine of the Frist United Methodist Church officiaitng. Burial will be in Austin Cemetery, Austinburg Twp. Geneva Post #6846 of the VFW will provide military services at the graveside.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6-8 P. M. at the funeral home. Rising Sun Lodge #22, F. & A. M. will provide Masonic Services at 8:00 PM. Contributions may be directed to the First United Methodist Church, 4506 Elm Ave., Ashtabula, OH 44004, envelopes will also be at the funeral home.
